Audio Visual Services for Pharmacies

Audio Visual Services for Pharmacies

Professional AV equipment is important in public buildings to ensure that you can communicate clearly with customers. You might need a PA system for making store announcements or screens to display important company information or news updates.

At AV Installations, we have 20 years of experience supplying audio visual equipment and providing AV maintenance and repairs services to businesses across London and the surrounding counties. Whether you require screens, speakers, intercom or otherwise, we can create a bespoke AV system that suits your budget and the individual needs of your business. We also offer a comprehensive audio visual maintenance package to ensure that you get the very most out of your system.

If you require an audiovisual system in your pharmacy, we are happy to discuss your requirements with you. Call us today on 01279 445577 to find out more.

PA System

A PA system allows you to communicate clearly with customers throughout your pharmacy and make announcements throughout the building. We have a range of PA systems available for both hire and purchase, each one suitable for a different purpose depending on audience size, the venue and price range. Our team will be happy to talk you through your options and advise the best PA system for your needs and budget.

Speech Transfer Systems

A speech transfer system enables you to communicate clearly with customers through a booth, security screen or across a speech counter. This is imperative in pharmacies and doctor’s surgeries where receptionists will need to communicate with patients when making appointments, discussing symptoms of an illness or handing out medication.

These two-way intercom systems operate using a bridge bar system, where one person can communicate through a gooseneck microphone to speak with customers on the other side of a speech counter. We are able to provide and install all the necessary equipment for you as well as provide maintenance and training in operating this equipment.

Induction Loops

Induction loops are essential in all public buildings including pharmacies. Not only is having proper listening technology for hearing aid users a legal requirement in businesses and public buildings but it also keeps every one of your clients and colleagues connected. At AV Installations, we can complete a full evaluation of your business or property to provide you with the listening technology best suited to your building and the needs of your employees. As well as the installation of your AV system, we can also provide training in operating the equipment to your whole team too.

Maintenance & Servicing

At AV Installations, our service doesn’t end after we install the equipment. We currently offer two maintenance packages: a one-off AV health check and a comprehensive maintenance package. Our comprehensive maintenance package includes bi-annual system servicing and a 24-hour emergency helpline to deal with issues as and when they come up. In our one-off health check, we’ll identify any faults with your equipment and quickly deal with them before they can develop into a more complicated and costly problem.

Equipment Training for Staff

At AV Installations, we want you to get the very most out of your AV equipment. We understand that it can take some time to get used to operating a brand new AV system. To help make the integration process easier, we offer system training for you and your colleagues, to ensure that your team has no problems operating the equipment.
