How do our installations work?
Our team of engineers will evaluate your school and classroom, measuring the dimensions and fitting your smartboard for optimal viewing. We’ll also provide your team with full training so you can jump straight into lessons with full confidence in using it.
How does our maintenance work?
Your interactive whiteboard will be used frequently, all throughout the week. This means you’ll likely run into issues every now and then. We offer two maintenance packages covering all aspects of your interactive learning technology, including:
- One-Off AV Health Check – We’ll come by once to fix any faults with your interactive system, including system software updates and performing filter cleans and lamp replacements where necessary.
- Comprehensive Maintenance Package – We’ll schedule a six-month maintenance visit where we’ll come by to ensure your interactive whiteboard is working to the best of it’s capabilities. This includes standard system maintenance, performing filter cleans and replacing lamps; alongside checking for any future issues that might occur.
The comprehensive package also includes an emergency call-out service protecting you in the event of an out-of-the-blue issue, so you can get back to teaching as soon as possible.
