How do our installations work?
Our team of engineers will perform an in-depth assessment of your venue; factoring in everything from viewing area to viewing frequency. Based on this, we’ll create a setup that works for you.
Once the setup is agreed upon, our team will install it, creating a tidy and easily operable AV system making your life as easy as possible. Our engineers will also provide your team with full training to understand your new AV system as best as possible.
How does our maintenance work?
Like all AV equipment, projectors can run into issues; this is why we offer regular maintenance to identify and fix these issues before they become worse than they need to be. We offer two maintenance packages:
- One-Off AV Health Check – We’ll come once to identify any faults with your equipment and work quickly to deal with them before they become any bigger.
- Comprehensive Maintenance Package – We’ll schedule a six-month maintenance visit, fixing any faults or potential problems with your equipment. The comprehensive package also includes an emergency call-out service to ensure any out-of-the-blue issues are remedied as soon as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions
Simply put, a projector screen works by reflecting the light projected by a projector. Generally speaking, the better the projector screen, the better the resolution will be.

The best size of projector screen for home use is 100-120-inches. If your projector is going to be in a multi-use space, then you will want to be able to hide the screen away after use. For this, a ceiling-mountable, pull-down projector screen would be your best option. There are plenty of affordable and high-quality starter projector screens starting at around £100.
A projector screen allows you to project films and pictures in the highest definition and quality possible onto an ultra-smooth and crease-free surface. Using a projector without a screen will decrease the quality of the image or video. This is because projector screens also have optical coatings that enhance their reflective abilities and light reflection is key to good picture quality. A wall cannot reflect light nearly as well as a projector screen can.
It is worth buying a projector screen to have more control over the picture quality than you’d have with a bare wall. Light reflection is key to achieving good picture quality and projector screens have optical coatings that enhance their reflective abilities. Most walls also have cracks or bumps whereas projector screens provide an ultra-smooth surface that will not distort or ruin the picture. Screens also often have a black border around them which helps to frame the picture and bring out the image quality.
Yes, you can easily watch Netflix on a projector by connecting a separate device such as a TV or laptop to your projector via a HDMI adapter. Some high-end projectors will have a built-in Netflix app, but the majority will require you to connect an external device.
Arguably, the most important aspect of your projector screen is the size. When choosing a projector screen, remember that you should always be seated 165 inches from the screen whilst viewing. You should also consider the type of screen. If the projector is going in a multi-use space, a roll-up projector will allow for neat and discreet storage of your screen whilst not in use. Other things to consider include the aspect ratio, projector screen material and the price.
